Our Room Rates :

• High season surcharge is IDR 75.000 (Jan 20^th - Jan 23^th 2012 &  & June 15^th – 31^st July 2012)
• Peak season surcharge is IDR 150.000 (Aug 16^th – Aug 26^th 2012 & Dec 23^rd 2012 – Jan 3^rd  2013)
• Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah
• Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charge, unless otherwise specified
• Room rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons, unless otherwise specified.

• Please note that group rate are indicated for a reservation of minimum of 10 rooms per period

Additional Charges

• Extra bed will be charged for the 3rd person. Please note that maximum of extra bed is one in each room.
• Extra bed price per room : IDR 125.000 / nett / person. Price inclusive of breakfast
• Airport tranfes rate is IDR 50.000

Guarantee

• A deposit of 1 night will be charged.
• Deposit could be also transferred to Hotel Maria account (BCA 4040 288 835 ; Ester Indahwati) with copy of payment document to be emailed or faxed to our office at 62 361 754 750

Check-in and Check-out

• check-in time is 14:00
• Check-out is at 11:00 noon
• Early check-in depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room in advance.
• Late check-out also depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. The cost of late check-out up to 18:00 hrs is 50% from the room rate and Check-out after 18:00 hrs is considered as one night stay.

Cancellation, No-show and Early Departure

• No cancellation charge applies up to 3 days prior to arrival. 14 days for high season period, 21 days for peak season period. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
• If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive (no show), full payment will be charged
• No refund will be granted if guest check out earlier than scheduled

Children Policy

• Children age is from 0 – 10 years old.
• Maximum number of children sharing room with parents is one, unless otherwise specified.
